These Terms of Use govern your use of the Nutrido Affiliate portal at affiliate.nutrido.io and of the referral links on go.nutrido.io. They are the terms of service required by the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Please read them before you create an account. You can save or print this page at any time.
1. Who we are
The portal is operated by VIACHESLAV NIGMATULLIN, a sole trader registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) in Poland.
- Business address: ul. Jana Heweliusza, 11/811, 80-890 Gdańsk, Poland.
- Tax identification number (NIP): 5833485219
- Statistical number (REGON): 526020120
- Email: hello@nutrido.io
"We", "us" and "our" mean the operator. "You" means the person using the portal.
2. Scope and the Affiliate Program Terms
The Portal is the website at affiliate.nutrido.io, including your account and the affiliate dashboard. Referral links are links on go.nutrido.io that identify an approved affiliate: a main link that we create for you, and campaign links that you create yourself. The Affiliate Program Terms are the separate terms of the Nutrido Affiliate Program (the Program).
These Terms cover your account and your use of the Portal as an electronic service. Your participation in the Program is governed by the Affiliate Program Terms, including promotion rules, attribution, commissions, payouts and taxes. You review and accept them when you apply. If these Terms and the Affiliate Program Terms conflict, the Affiliate Program Terms prevail on Program matters and these Terms prevail on Portal matters. These Terms do not cover the Nutrido app, which has its own terms.
Opening a referral link is free. You do not need an account, and you do not accept these Terms, to open one. We record the click and send you to an app store or to a download page. Our Privacy Notice explains what we record, and section 5 describes the general risks of using the internet.
3. Our services
All Portal services are free of charge. We provide:
- an account, with sign-in, email verification, password reset, two-factor authentication and passkeys;
- an application form for the Program, and the status of your application;
- the Affiliate Program Terms to read and accept, and a record of what you accepted;
- once you have applied: notifications in the Portal and by email, and a payout profile for your recipient, tax and bank details (optional until approval);
- after approval: referral links and campaigns, QR codes, promotional materials, statistics about clicks, installs and purchases, an earnings overview and payout statements;
- settings for your profile, security, appearance and language, a download of your data and account closure.
The contract for these services is concluded when you complete registration and accept these Terms. To conclude it, fill in the registration form, tick the box to accept these Terms and select "Create account". Before you submit, you can check and correct your entries in the form. Afterwards, you can correct your name and email address in Settings → Profile. The contract is concluded in English, or in another language in which we publish these Terms. We record which version you accepted, and you can save or print this page. We have not adopted any code of conduct.
Some features need a verified email address. Approval, commissions and payouts are governed by the Affiliate Program Terms. You pay your own internet and device costs.
We may add, change or remove features to improve the Portal or keep it secure and lawful. A change that affects these Terms follows section 13.
4. Technical requirements
You need:
- a device with an internet connection;
- a current version of a major web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, with JavaScript and cookies enabled;
- an email account that you can access;
- for passkeys, a device, operating system and browser that support them;
- for two-factor authentication, an authenticator app.
The Portal stores a few cookies and settings in your browser, for example to keep you signed in and to protect forms. Our Cookie Notice explains what each one does and how long it lasts.
5. Risks of using electronic services
Using any service over the internet carries risks, mainly:
- malware, such as viruses or spyware, on your device;
- phishing: fake emails, messages or websites that imitate us to steal your sign-in details;
- interception of data on unsecured networks;
- unauthorized access to your account, for example through a weak or reused password.
We encrypt all traffic (HTTPS), require strong passwords and reject passwords known from data breaches. We offer two-factor authentication and passkeys, limit repeated sign-in attempts and encrypt bank and tax details.
To protect yourself, sign in only at https://affiliate.nutrido.io, and check the address first. Use a unique, strong password and turn on two-factor authentication or a passkey. Keep your device and browser up to date. On shared devices, sign out and do not tick "Remember me". Be careful with links in unexpected emails.
We will never ask for your password, two-factor codes or recovery codes by email, phone or chat.
6. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to act for it.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date in Settings.
- Each account is for one person. If you act for a business, you use the account as its authorized representative; the Portal does not offer access for further representatives. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account.
- Do not create another account to get around a decision about your account or application.
- Keep your password, codes and devices secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You are not automatically responsible for every unauthorized action.
- If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and tell us at once at hello@nutrido.io.
7. Prohibited conduct and content
You must not:
- provide unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- give false information, or pretend to be another person or business;
- upload malware or files that you have no right to share;
- access, or try to access, other people's accounts or data;
- probe the Portal for weaknesses, or get around its security, rate limits or access controls;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Portal;
- overload or disrupt the Portal or the referral links;
- create fake clicks, installs or purchases, or manipulate statistics in any other way;
- use the Portal for any purpose other than the Program.
Please report any security weakness you find to hello@nutrido.io and do not exploit it.
We may remove or disable content that breaches these Terms or the law. We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law forbids it. You can complain about our decision under section 11.
Anyone can report illegal content in the Portal to hello@nutrido.io. Please say where the content is and why you believe it is illegal, and give your name and email address. We confirm that we received the report. A person reviews each report; we do not use automated tools to moderate content. We handle reports promptly and objectively, and tell the person who reported the content and the affected user our decision, our reasons and how to complain under section 11. This email address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). You can write to us in English or Polish.
8. Availability and maintenance
We take reasonable care to operate the Portal, protect your data and fix reported faults. We cannot guarantee that the Portal or the referral links will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, updates, security incidents and outages at our providers can interrupt them. An interruption does not by itself cancel commissions supported by reliable evidence under the Affiliate Program Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Portal, including its software, design and texts, and the Nutrido name and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Portal only for its intended purpose. You may use the promotional materials only under the licence in the Affiliate Program Terms and only while that licence lasts. These Terms give you no other licence.
You keep the rights in content you enter, such as your application or campaign names. You allow us to store, display and use it as needed to run the Portal and the Program and to keep required records.
10. Term and termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period.
10.1 Closing your account
You may end the contract at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Go to Settings → Profile (/settings/profile), choose "Close account" and confirm with your password. If you cannot use this feature, for example because your email address is not verified, email us from your account's address.
Closing takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on the device you use to close the account. Your name, email address and sign-in methods are removed or replaced, and your payout details and uploaded bank documents are deleted. Your referral links stop working and your participation in the Program ends. Some records, such as financial and acceptance records, are kept as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Closing erases your email address and payout details, so after closing we can no longer contact you or pay you. Before closing, you may want to use "Download my data" on the same page, save your payout statements and sign out on your other devices. If you have an unpaid or pending balance, email us before you close your account, and we will agree how to settle it under the Affiliate Program Terms. Closing does not by itself cancel commissions you have already earned.
If you are a consumer, or a sole trader with consumer protection, and the law gives you a right to withdraw from this contract, you may withdraw within 14 days of registration without giving a reason. To do so, close your account or send us a statement by email or post. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act, but you do not have to. Withdrawal is free.
10.2 Termination by us
We may end the contract for an important reason with 30 days' notice by email. Important reasons are: we permanently stop operating the Portal or the Program; a change in the law or a decision of an authority prevents us from serving you; technical or security reasons make it impossible to keep serving you; or you breached these Terms and did not remedy the breach within the time we gave you, which is at least 14 days, after we asked you to.
We may end the contract immediately for a serious breach, such as fraud, spreading malware or attempting unauthorized access, for repeated breaches, or where the law or an authority requires it. We will tell you the reason by email, unless the law forbids it.
10.3 Temporary suspension
We may temporarily restrict your account or some features where necessary to protect security, for example after a suspected account compromise, or while we investigate a suspected serious breach. The restriction lasts only as long as needed. We will tell you how to restore access, unless this would harm security or the law forbids it. Restrictions related to the Program follow the Affiliate Program Terms.
11. Complaints
Send complaints about the Portal by email to hello@nutrido.io or by post to our address in section 1. Please include your name, your account's email address, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. Do not send passwords, codes or unnecessary sensitive data.
We will acknowledge an electronic complaint within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland), and send our response within 14 calendar days of receiving it. We reply by email, or by post if you ask for a postal reply. Complaints are free and do not limit your legal rights. Complaints about commissions and payouts are handled under the Affiliate Program Terms.
12. Personal data
We are the controller of personal data processed in the Portal and through referral links. Our Privacy Notice explains what we process, why, for how long and what your rights are. Our Cookie Notice covers cookies and browser storage.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for important reasons: changes in the law or decisions of authorities; new, changed or discontinued features; security needs; changes to our technology or service providers; clearer wording or corrected errors; or changes to our contact or identification details.
We will email you about a change at least 14 days before it takes effect, or earlier where the law requires a longer notice period. The email includes the new text and its effective date. If you do not agree, you can close your account free of charge before that date. If you keep your account, the new Terms apply from their effective date. Changes never apply retroactively. If the law requires a change to take effect sooner, we will explain why.
14. Liability
We are liable under applicable law if we fail to perform our obligations under these Terms or perform them improperly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for death or personal injury. It also includes the rights that consumers, and sole traders with consumer protection, have under mandatory law.
We are not responsible for damage we did not cause. Examples are outages of third-party networks or app stores beyond our reasonable control, the content of third-party websites that you reach from the Portal, and misuse of your sign-in details because you did not keep them secure. Liability for Program matters is governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove the protection of mandatory law in the country where you normally live. If you are a sole trader with consumer protection under Polish law, you keep that protection.
We encourage you to use the complaint process in section 11 first, but you do not have to before going to court. Disputes are decided by the court that has jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
Consumers in Poland can get free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów), or ask the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for mediation. See https://uokik.gov.pl. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Out-of-court procedures are voluntary. If we cannot resolve a consumer's complaint, our reply will say whether we agree to an out-of-court procedure.
16. Language and final provisions
These Terms are written in English. Where we publish a translation and it differs from the English text, the English text prevails, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Where we publish a Polish version, it is binding for consumers in Poland to the extent that the Act of 7 October 1999 on the Polish Language requires it.
The effective date at the top of this page identifies this version. We record which version you accepted and when. Previous versions are available on request at hello@nutrido.io.
We contact you by email at your account's address and through notices in the Portal. You can contact us by email or by post at the details in section 1.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in force.
